How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased.

FREE shipping on items over $100 per transaction.

Not limited to FREE SHIPPING promotions.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes! We are able to ship worldwide now! 

Is your site safe and secure?
Absolutely, our site is 100% secure. We use 128-bit SSL, the same level of encryption used by the largest banks around the world.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email after my order?
If you have not received an Order Confirmation Email, please check your Spam Folder.  If you did not receive it, please feel free to contact us if necessary.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It takes us 1-2 days to process your order, and an additional 12-20 business days to be delivered. When your product ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. 

After your checkout and payment, it takes us 24-48 hours to process your order and fulfill packaging. From there, we hand your package off to the carrier (i.e. UPS, USPS) and they scan your package into the tracking system. At this point, you will receive an email containing an activated tracking number, which you can track via the official site of the shipper. After your package leaves our facility, it takes roughly 12-20 business days until it's delivered to your shipping address.

I ordered more than one item, why did I only receive one item?
Because Wave Essentials is not like any of the other company around, ordering multiple items at a time will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will arrive!  

Do you guarantee your products?

Yes, for 15 days after shipment is delivered. Delivery date is determined from the tracking number. 

How do I cancel an order?
If you decide you want to cancel an order, please Contact Us as soon as possible with the order number. If we've already sent your order to your email then we will be unable to cancel as it will already be in the process of printing or shipping.

 Do you offer discounts for students or senior citizens? 

Unfortunately no. But we are constantly running weekly and monthly promotions and special deals through our Facebook page. Like our page and be up-to-date on all the upcoming promotions!
